Star shaped measuring needle

Star shaped measuring needle is a multi tip measuring needle configuration composed of measuring needles fixedly installed together. Star shaped probes can be used to detect various features, including surfaces and holes that the probe can directly contact. This configuration has strong flexibility, and the measuring tip can be in contact with various features without the need to replace the measuring needle. You can install up to 5 measuring needle components using the measuring needle center seat to configure star shaped measuring needles on your own.

The material of the measuring ball is ruby, silicon nitride or zirconia. Each measuring tip of the star shaped measuring needle needs to be calibrated in the same way as a single ball measuring needle.

It is not recommended to use star shaped measuring needles on machine tools
